2. Your father’s/ Sponsor passport & Visa. (Attested by Gazette officer)

3. N.R.I/Foreign Student Certificate from Indian Embassy / Diplomatic Mission or Chancellery or Commission abroad under its seal.

4. Affidavit of NRI

5. N.R.I./Foreign Student/ Sponsor Residential Proof (Attested by Gazette officer)

6. Certificate from Banker (mentioning that the transaction is from NRI Account) / Proof of transfer from NRI Sponsors foreign account

7. School leaving Certificate. (Attested by Gazette officer)

8. Migration Certificate (except MP board Bhopal) from the university & board.

9. 10^th Mark sheet.

10. 10+2 Mark sheet.

11. Gap Certificate (If Gap after 12^th )

12. 8 Recent Passport-size Photographs.

13. Demand draft /RTGS or cheque for total course fee of $1.8 lac (annual course fee @ $40000) in favour of Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences, payable at Indore.

14. Amount equivalent to fees of full course duration (4½ yrs.), the interest accrued on the remaining years of the fees shall be utilizes for poor patients.
