Hon’ble supreme court of India has directed through order dated 16-05-2007 to curb the menace of ragging in educational institutions. Hon’ble apex court has observed as under

“If any incidents of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concerned student shall be given liberty to explain and if his explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority would expel him from the institutions”.

All the institution under the aegis of “Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences” are committed and duty bound to abide by the verdict of the Hon’ble apex court & shall carry out the above mentioned direction of the Hon’ble apex court in letter and the spirit.
